Hi All,
Hope you're all doing well! Ready for my next men's post? Well, here it is!
Below is a list of expectations I had in mind when I started this project, so think about them as you view these cards.
- Easily mailed / no extra postage - Postal Service gets enough as it is in my opinion!
- Wide range of styles that reach out to the young men in our lives, the old or older, the tots, the ones who love jewelry, cuff links, rings, earrings (as so many of them wear now) etc. Basically those who love bling and those who don't!
- To use items from my stash that have been long forgotten about! A Must!
- To go back to what we did before the giant flowers, the fancy and not so fancy brads, the rhinestones, the glitter glues, the bulky embellishments etc.
- To get you all motivated enough to set time aside for making men's cards BEFORE you need them!
Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you'll come back soon and often!

Another Fresh Cuts cut-out, stamped sentiment
Large tag from "the book" (Lol!), gemstone brad added, stamped sentiment in lower corner and moon sticker in upper corner.
This black and white cut-out image was colored with my pencils. I just wanted to add a bit of color to the image for contrast against the paper. Matted the plaid with a matching purple paper and stamped a sentiment.
Used all scraps of paper with a "soda pop" cap look sticker and a stamped sentiment.
Words are a punch-out and the watch is a cut-out. Matted the plaid with a dark forest green paper.
Stamped sentiment, matted plaid paper with forest green and mounted a baseball glove cut-out.
Matted blue with red paper on black card, words are a punch-out, the clouds came in a kit with the little person. I had to glue his hair on as well as his clothing and shoes. I simply did some fine-tip marker edging for interest. Used a silver along the edge of clouds.
Cut-out tag with brad added.
Shoes are a large cut-out, sentiment stamped on a pre-made circle and I added a masculine brad.
Matted blue with red again on black cardstock, hokey stick and puck had to be cut-out, stamped sentiment on cut square cardstock with decorative edging for interest using a white gel pen.
Hi Bethann, here I am again. ;) This is a great set of cards, one of my favorite of the men's posts. Although I have had several "favorite" cards throughout your posts. I like the "wrinkled" paper on the first two cards, and I love the basketball player and your coloring on him. Superdad looks like he is flying through the air, maybe on a fart...lol (I'm digging where those puffs of smoke are coming from...) I like the plaid papers, too. All in all a great post!
