OH THE FUN!!! OH THE BLING!!! OH THE LOVE!!!

Hi Everyone, I'm back! I've been away on vacation and this year it was actually to regain my sanity! My family life's been a bit craaazy lately! Anywho, I've not had a chance to really work on anything so I've decided to share some photos of just a few of my wonderful finds while away! I am so excited to have these new items in my clutches (smile). Thanks to my sisters Susan and Rachel, had it not been for them my trip would have not even been possible this year and many of my "goodies" I owe to them. Thanks a bunch my sistas! I do love them so very much.

We actually spent most of our time at the CKC Valley Forge Convention. It was open this year an extra day, so instead of just friday and saturday it was also open on thursday. We took some classes to learn new techniques that will hopefully translate over to our cards and scrapbook pages later on.

Thanks for stopping by and hopefully I'll have some cards for you soon. Enjoy! PawwPadd

This is the gift we were given for attending the VA Beach Convention!

The small pack of photo (glossy) paper is the gift we were given for attending the Valley Forge Convention and the window panes were freebies at the VA Beach Convention!
MORE GOODIES FROM BOTH CONVENTIONS!

BELOW IS HEAT ACTIVATED EMBOSSING GLITTER FROM PK GLITZ!

BELOW, THESE ARE VERY NICE KNITTED FLOWERS THAT I INTEND TO CUT LOOSE AND USE INDIVIDUALLY. THEY WERE ONLY $1.00! WHAT A FIND!

BELOW, THESE ARE PAPERS I GOT FROM THE VA BEACH CONVENTION, .25c Per Sheet!

BELOW IS A SCRAPBOOKING KIT WE GOT AS A FREEBIE JUST FOR ATTENDING THE PAPER CRAFTS SWAP CLASS! LOOK AT THE NICE OVERLAYS (2 DIFFERENT SIZES)! THERE'S ALSO STICKERS AND RUB-ONS! IT ALL GOES WITH THE ROUND BOX WHICH HOUSES THE ROUND BOOK PULL-OUT! AN ALBUM IN A BOX, WHAT A NOVEL IDEA!

I must tell you, the VA Beach show was much smaller than the Valley Forge show (about 40 less vendors) but, it was still pretty nice. They had really good vendors at the VA Beach show and that made the difference! My friend Cindy was a "1st Timer" and at the end of the night she told me, "it was better than a birthday!" She was so happy with her goodies and her day and I was happy for her! Thanks CK!

LOVE A CHALLENGE!!!

Here I am once again challenging myself in such a way that some, perhaps even most might think I'm crazy. LOL! I love my little Sizzix Sidekick because it's very small and yet it's got enormous capability! These are just a few of my newest Sizzix dies that I've been playing around with lately. Anyone familiar with the die cut systems already know that if you want nice dimension or color variety in the die you must cut the same die out in 2 or more colors of cardstock. My clouds were each cut out in two different colors and then switched around to allow the cloud itself to stand out. The borders of the clouds are one color and the cloud centers are another color. The sun I left in all yellow simply because it is "THE SUN" (smile). The lion was cut out of three different colors, the yellow, the orange and the brown. The lambs were cut out of two colors each, the white with pink and/or blue. The pacifier and the diaper pin were done using two different colors, the white with pink. I hope you enjoy viewing my latest endeavor. You'll be seeing these on some cards later on. Thanks for stopping by. Leave me a comment and tell me what you think. Bethann aka PawwPadd
